(TargetLiberty.org) – On Thursday Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) blasted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) over her remarks during the first hearing in the impeachment inquiry into President Biden.
Mace had told Fox News that they were planning on sending a subpoena to both President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, and that he had hoped that the American people were not getting their news from “actress” Ocasio-Cortez, who had lied and denied things throughout the hearing as she was unwilling to look at the evidence and facts of the case which showed that President Biden had done business with both Hunter Biden and his brother James Biden.
This was the first hearing of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee which was examining the allegations that President Joe Biden had benefited from the foreign business dealings of his son.
Throughout the hearing, Ocasio-Cortez was sitting next to a computer screen that displayed the second until the funding deadline of the Congress. During the hearing, Ocasio-Cortez stated that the hearing was a waste of time and an “embarrassment.”
Mace also argued that the three witnesses who had appeared during the hearing had done a great job at showing what was “illegal” and normal corporate behavior. All of the witnesses had stated during the hearing that there was not enough evidence right now for President Biden to be impeached.
Mace however claimed that the left was lying and that they had attempted to take over the Committee’s hearing.
