(TargetLiberty.org) – On Friday, President Biden’s campaign released a new digital ad ahead of the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) anniversary where it slams former President Donald Trump’s record on health care and focuses on his previous threats to repeal the law.

On Friday, ahead of the 14th anniversary of the law, the Biden campaign put out a new digital ad that focused on the consequences of Trump winning a second term in office. The video has the title “Flatline” and includes audio of Trump slamming ObamaCare. On-screen at the same time, there is text detailing the effects of repealing the law.

The ad notes that Trump had attempted to rip away their health care but had failed to do so. Still, as it points out he is now coming back with these efforts. As the message continues to play there is an image of a heart monitor that ends up flatlining.

Trump, during his time in office, had been only one vote away from having the law repealed. He has now stated that he would be making another attempt at getting the law repealed. The ad continues by pointing out that if Trump succeeds in these efforts then 45 million Americans could end up losing their health insurance.

Biden’s campaign has announced that the ad is going to continue running on digital platforms, including YouTube and Meta as well as connected TV in both Spanish and English across many battleground states.

Apart from the ad, the campaign is also going to be holding a digital rally with former President Barack Obama calling for the protection of the ACA from Trump.
