(TargetLiberty.org) – In February, the Biden campaign managed to raise around $53 million, which has brought the total cash on hand amount of the campaign to $155 million. With this recent addition, they have managed to gain an advantage over Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.

According to the campaign’s announcement in February, they had the largest grassroots fundraising month since April, when President Biden had first announced that he would be seeking reelection in 2024. This is the fourth month that the operation has managed to break its previous grassroots fundraising efforts.

The campaign boasted that this was the highest-ever amount of cash on hand that a Democratic candidate has ever managed to raise at this time in the presidential cycle.

In a statement Julie Chavez Rodriguez, the Biden campaign manager noted that they were proud of the fundraising machine breaking the record. She had argued that they had built a fundraising machine that invested in the media and showed voters the importance of the upcoming election.

She had then pointed out that the numbers of the RNC and former President Donald Trump were showing a completely different story, one that was filled with division as the party was incapable of having unity. She added that the stakes in the 2024 presidential election were extremely high for the future of the United States and that with their efforts they were ensuring that every voter knew what was at stake in the upcoming presidential election.

The Biden campaign has also indicated that its fundraising continues to go strong in early March.
