(TargetLiberty.org) – Former President Donald Trump was playing at his Los Angeles golf course, where he was ready to hit the ball in a bump-and-run. However, the hit did not go quite as expected, and even worse it was caught on video for everyone to see.
In the video, a man can be heard talking behind the camera, stating that Trump was going to take a shot and they needed to see if he would hit Green. However, Trump did not end up hitting green, instead he hit a dead shank.
The ball quickly bounced on a hill and then landed next to a bunker, where there were several bushes. From where the ball was, there was no easy up-and-down that Trump could have used. The former President last posted a score in the USGA GHIN system in 2021, his handicap has been listed as 2.5.
Still, many of those who have played with him, such as former LPGA golfer Annika Sorenstam, believe that his handicap could even be at 10. Trump has played golf for years, and most recently has been one of the advocates of the PGA Tour and LIV Golf merge.
Following the announcement of the deal Trump had taken to Truth Social to state that this was some great news for the world of golf.
LIV is scheduled from Aug. 11-13 at Trump’s Bedminster, NJ, golf club. Last year, Trump attended the league’s tournament. The championship is set to take place at Trump’s Doral course in Miami.
