(TargetLiberty.org) – Twitter users mocked President Biden over his latest remarks and avoidance of questions during a White House event.
In his speech, President Biden stated that he was “the AI” and then proceeded to say that if there was anyone who thought he was “Abe Lincoln” the only thing they could blame that on is AI. He then spoke about the future of AI stating that while this new technology can provide a lot of space for opportunities, there are also a lot of risks to the economy, national security, and society that can come from AI usage. This is why he says it is crucial for AI companies to make sure that they are not allowing discrimination and bias.
Following the conclusion of his speech, Biden appeared a little disoriented as he wandered off with his fists clenched.
One journalist did not hesitate to ask Biden about the group of hackers connected to Beijing which managed to exploit a flaw in Microsoft’s cloud-based security and gain access to government email accounts. The hacking was first disclosed last week, and meant that thousands of U.S. government emails were compromised, including those of Nicholas Burns, the U.S. ambassador to China. In his question, he asked the president about the level of concern regarding this incident and for more information about the hacking.
However, Biden who ignored the question just asked his staff who they were going to get “these guys down there?”
Twitter users were quick to point this exchange out, with Ed Martin, a radio host pointing out that despite all of the aid, President Biden still needed to open his own door.
Derek Hunter, a Townhall columnist also joked that there were “children to be sniffed and money to be collected.”
