(TargetLiberty.org) – At the end of March, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) relayed his concerns about President Joe Biden’s cognitive state, given his many gaffes and walk-backs as of late. As it turns out, Paul isn’t the only one doubting the president’s mental capacity. Representative Ronny Jackson (R-TX) also recently spoke out about Biden’s “cognitive decline,” calling for his resignation from the White House.
The Texas lawmaker said Biden can’t even recite his own administration’s foreign policy objectives, so how is he supposed to continue leading the country?
Biden is unable to articulate the major foreign policy objectives of his administration. Everytime he tries, the White House swoops in to “correct” what he said. He has NO IDEA what’s going on. His cognitive decline is TOO MUCH. Time to RESIGN!

Jackson is not only a sitting congressman, but he also served on the White House Medical Unit under former presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump. Given that he’s a physician, his concern comes with a bit more weight.
Paul suggested the president’s cognitive shortfalls could pose a national security risk to the United States. That’s true at any time, but especially now with the delicate state of the world as war rages on in Ukraine and North Korea posturing to test nuclear weapons.
With both legislators showing concern for the US leader and his ability to carry out his duties, talks of looking at the 25th Amendment are gaining traction.
