(TargetLiberty.org) – Voting machines in a Michigan county that falsely called for Biden in last month’s presidential election will undergo forensic examination, following a ruling by a federal judge. What makes this a significant case is the machines were supplied by Dominion Voting Systems, a Canadian company whose election hardware faces serious questions about its reliability.

In fact, this specific lawsuit isn’t even related to the presidential election – it was brought by a man who claimed votes on a marijuana legalization proposal hadn’t been properly counted – but it does mean that the 22 Dominion machines used in Antrim County will be properly examined at last. Antrim County became notorious when it announced that Joe Biden had topped the presidential ballot there – then had to backtrack when officials discovered 6,000 Trump votes had “accidentally” been added to Biden’s total instead, flipping the result.
Now, Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis says the December 6 ruling by Judge Kevin Elsenheimer means her team can analyze the machines to find out what makes them so apparently unreliable – and if the same problems affect similar Dominion machines in hundreds of counties across the nation.
