Trump's Lawsuit Against Hillary Gets Shut Down

Clinton Escapes JUSTICE – Lawsuit Shut Down!

(TargetLiberty.org) – A federal judge has thrown out former president Donald Trump’s defamation lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, despite her former campaign manager admitting she’d approved a plan to spread lies about Trump.

In March, Trump filed a suit against Clinton, the Democratic National Committee, and various members of his opponent’s former presidential campaign team, alleging they conspired to spread false rumors about him colluding with Russia in the run-up to the 2016 election. Thanks to these rumors, Trump was investigated by federal law enforcement and both houses of Congress, including the notorious Mueller probe.

None of the inquiries found any evidence of collusion. In May, Clinton’s former campaign manager Robby Mook told a court he had personally signed off on the plan to tell the media Trump’s computers had a secret link to a Russian bank, even though they “weren’t totally confident” the claim was true.

Despite all this, on September 8, US District Judge Donald Middlebrooks dismissed the suit, claiming Trump doesn’t want “redress for any legal harm” but just wants to “flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto.” In fact, Trump’s reputation took real damage from the smear campaign, with many people still believing the collusion story years after it was disproven.

Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, told Fox News they plan to appeal the judge’s decision.

If he can’t clear his name in court, where can he do it? And is this evidence the legal system is hopelessly biased against the former president and his associates?
