(TargetLiberty.org) – A new super PAC in support of former Vice President Mike Pence in the 2024 presidential race was launched on Monday. Pence has not yet announced whether or not he would be joining the presidential race, but he is widely considered to be considering placing a bid for the White House in the coming weeks.
Committed to America has announced its leadership, with former Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-Texas) and veteran GOP consultant Scott Reed as national co-chairs of the super PAC.
In his statement, Hensarling noted that Pence was the conservative leader that the country currently needed. He added that during his time in service he has shown his commitment not only to conservative values but also to the Constitution. He added that Pence is in a position where he can win and lead which is why he was happy to be joining the efforts and helping him potentially win the White House.
The group’s executive director has also been announced. Bobby Saparow, who managed Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp’s (R) reelection campaign in 2022, is going to be acting as the executive director. Saparow in his statement claimed that they were going to take the same things that they had successfully done for Kemp and bring them to the national stage in order to help Pence become the next president of the United States.
The pro-Pence super PAC is going to be launching offices in Dallas and Iowa. The group has also stated that additional people are going to be joining within the following days. This is considered one of the clearest signs that Pence will be joining the 2024 presidential race.
