(TargetLiberty.org) – Donald Trump has delivered his first major public statement since stepping down as president – and it’s bad news for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). Trump offered heavy criticism of his political ally, saying he would, “never do what needs to be done, or what is right for our Country.”
The main theme of Trump’s February 16 statement was the need for a strong, united GOP to build on the achievements of his first term. As he reminded listeners, Trump got more votes than any other incumbent president in history and the party came within a few seats of taking control of the House.
TRUMP has a list of names, which he is clearly not forgetting in the foreseeable future. 🤣🤣😂

However, warned Trump, with senior Republicans like McConnell dedicated to doing things the same old way, the party is in danger of losing that momentum. Calling the Kentucky senator a “dour, sullen and unsmiling political hack,” he said that Republican senators who side with the minority leader won’t win again. “This is a big moment for our country,” he concluded, “and we cannot let it pass by using third rate ‘leaders’ to dictate our future!”
