(TargetLiberty.org) – On Tuesday night, former President Donald Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to slam New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron for his ruling earlier that day in which he concluded that Trump and his company had defrauded insurers and banks for years. However, Trump claimed that the ruling was a “radical attack” against him and that the U.S. was turning into a “Communist country.”
Engoron’s 35-page ruling was released ahead of the $250 million civil trial suit brought forward by New York Attorney General Letitia James which is meant to start on Monday. In his post, Trump stated that this ruling was a “radical attack” against himself, his family, and his supporters and that the Judge whom he referred to as “deranged” was doing what “corrupt ‘Prosecutor’ Letitia James” had asked of him.
He added that the judge’s actions showed his lack of acknowledgment of Trump as the leading candidate in the 2024 presidential election. This was why this ruling was a “terrible reminder” of how the Radical Left was willing to do anything in order to stop him from becoming the victor of the 2024 presidential election.
Trump then advocated that regardless of political party this is not something they can allow to happen in the country. Still, because of his lead in the polls, the judges and prosecutors in the country were going after him more desperately. He claimed his civil rights were swiftly being taken away, and that if they were able to do this to Trump then they could do it to anyone.
