(TargetLiberty.org) – On Saturday, during a campaign rally in Las Vegas, former President Donald Trump spoke at the Commit to Caucus rally promising that he would provide support to Texas in their fight to secure the state’s border and that he would not be pushing back in the way the current federal administration under President Joe Biden was doing.

Trump told the crowd of his supporters that when he wins back the White House he would not be sending Texas a restraining order but instead, he would send them reinforcements. In the rally, which was aired live on Newsmax and simulcast on the online streaming platform Newsmax2, Trump argued that rather than fighting border states he would provide them with the resources and authority available to the U.S. President in order to defend the country from this horrible invasion.

He added that he is going to be deploying all of the “necessary military and law enforcement resources” in order to secure the border’s final section. As he pointed out they had constructed over 500 miles of wall.

Trump further pointed out that the influx of possible Hispanic voters was not positive for the Democratic party and President Joe Biden. As he noted, with the support of the Hispanic vote they were performing better than the Democratic party and would be able to block the country’s invasion.

Trump also pointed out how in 2016 he had campaigned over the “bad border” but that in 2020 the border had been secured which is why he had not needed to campaign for the border in the 2020 election.
