(TargetLiberty.org) – On Thursday, following the temporary lift of the gag order in the New York civil fraud trial, former President Donald Trump attacked the judge’s clerk.

In a post on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump stated that the New York State Appellate Division Appeals Court had overturned Judge Arthur Engoron for the fourth time. He added that the gag order against him was “Ridiculous and Unconstitutional” and was not allowing him to defend himself in this case. He added that Engoron was biased against him and that he had a “Trump Hating Clerk.” Additionally, he called Engoron’s Court a “disgrace.”

Engoron had previously placed gag orders that blocked both Trump and his legal team from making any comments regarding the Court’s staff, however, these were temporarily lifted by the New York appellate division.

The orders derived from the earlier attacks on Engoron on social media. Previously Trump had even called the clerk in question the “girlfriend” of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and had shared some identifying details about who she was.

He proceeded to argue that Engoron was making unprecedented decisions that would block businesses in New York State. He added that he had not done anything wrong because the numbers provided for the value of his assets were lower not higher than the asset value and that the entire case was wrong. He also pointed out that there is a disclaimer clause in the documents and that even the case star witness had admitted to have lied and made up this case against him.
