(TargetLiberty.org) – A man who claims to be a time traveler from the year 5000 AD has delivered a terrifying warning about the consequences of climate change. Global warming, he says, is going to flood our coastal cities – and he has “proof.”

The man, who goes by the name “Edward,” claims he was working in a Los Angeles, CA laboratory when he was selected for a top-secret time travel assignment. Leaving LA in 2004, he found himself on a structure built over the ruins of a flooded city – to his horror, he realized it was the one he’d just left behind.
“I was standing on a huge wooden platform,” he said. “Not only me, houses, buildings, of course, all made from wood. And after, I realized it was the same city, Los Angeles, but underwater.” According to Edward, the residents of this post-apocalyptic city told him the flood was caused by global warming. He also took a photo showing the ruins of Los Angeles on the bottom of the sea.
It’s a chilling warning, but how believable is it?
Well, not very. Edward’s dramatic claims were made to ApexTV, an online channel that started off on YouTube and specializes in way-out stories. Scientists agree that time travel isn’t possible with today’s technology – or maybe at all. And, if Edward worked for a lab that had developed it, you’d expect him to be able to give more details than “because of global warming.” Our bet is that LA is safe for a while longer.
