(TargetLiberty.org) – A young GOP congressional candidate for next year’s midterm elections has received a powerful nomination from a key Trump ally. It’s another sign that the MAGA movement remains strong and confident as the Biden administration repeatedly stumbles.
On October 6, Fox News reported that Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) is endorsing Karoline Leavitt for the 2022 race in New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District. Leavitt is a 24-year-old media and communications expert, who worked as an assistant press secretary in the Trump White House. She’s one of a new generation of Republicans, and Cruz thinks she’s just the sort of person we need to have making our laws.

Cruz slammed the current administration and said that Biden is bungling the Mexican border crisis while “spending trillions of dollars we don’t have for their liberal wish list.” He said America needs a new generation of leaders, and highlighted Leavitt as the ideal candidate. Leavitt responded by saying she looks forward to cooperating with Cruz to deliver the right legislation to protect Americans’ freedoms.
Former President Trump is actively endorsing Republican candidates who share his MAGA vision, and now Cruz is stepping up in support. It looks like, despite last year’s controversial election, Trump’s project is still rolling forward.
