(TargetLiberty.org) – On Thursday, the Department of State issued the highest travel warning possible — Level 4 — advising Americans against any and all international travel as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
Americans are being told not to travel overseas and to return home immediately if they’re already abroad.

Officials are urging all Americans visiting other countries where commercial flights are available to “arrange for immediate return to the United States, unless they are prepared to remain abroad for an indefinite period.”
The State Department also warned US citizens who live abroad they should avoid international travel, as well. In addition, routine visa services are being suspended in most countries.
Americans around the world are scrambling to get back to the US and many are afraid of being stranded because some countries have already restricted travel. They also say that the State Department has not been particularly helpful in helping them figure out how to make it back to US soil.
