[SCANDAL] Murder Suspects Released In Sanctuary City

(TargetLiberty.org) – Maryland’s “sanctuary city” laws have struck again, allowing two known criminals to take part in a brutal gang killing. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) say the city authorities “put politics above public safety” in what they’re calling a worst-case scenario.

Baltimore cops have arrested 5 suspects in the May 29 murder of a 16-year-old girl, and 3 of them turned out to be illegal immigrants. Worse, ICE had already tried to deport two of them, but, had been foiled by the city’s Democrat authorities.

One of the suspects, 21-year-old El Salvadorean national Wilson Art Constanza-Galdomez, was arrested twice in Suffolk County, NY, in 2018. Both times ICE submitted detainers to get custody of him, but instead, he was released by county immigration judges. Another Salvadorean, 19-year-old Wualter Orellana- Hernandez, was arrested in Prince George’s County, MD, this January. Again, ICE submitted a detainer but county officials released him.

Now a 16-year-old girl is dead, her body so abused that she had to be identified by her tattoos, and two of the men suspected of killing her shouldn’t even have been in the country. Now ICE has submitted new detainers on the pair, as well as 19-year-old Honduran citizen Jonathan J. Pesquera-Puerto.

Hopefully, this time no misguided Liberal will turn them loose again.
