(TargetLiberty.org) New Hampshire Governor Sununu has said that President Biden during the State of the Union address would try to take credit for the growth in the job market and the economy, but in reality, the successes of his administration had not been very impressive.

Speculations want Sununu to be considering placing his own bid for the White House in 2024. During an interview on ABC, Sununu said that both inflation and unemployment were naturally going to improve following the pandemic and that this was not something Biden should be getting credit for.

Despite this, Sununu has said that most likely Biden would try to take credit for the new jobs being added and unemployment and inflation rates decreasing. To this Sununu noted that inflation had reached a record high so it is only natural for it to be decreasing now.

In the past few weeks the Biden administration has been touting its victories as the unemployment rate in the U.S. has now reached its lowest point since 1969. However, as Sununu pointed out there was a distinct difference between the numbers being presented and how American families were feeling.

He added that regardless of the State of the Union address when one talks to American people they would realize that they don’t feel confident in the leadership of the Biden administration. Sununu also pointed to many of the polls that have shown the displeasure of the people despite the economic figures appearing to be better than expected.
