Mother And Infant Found Dead In Home – Mysterious Cause Of Death REVEALED
(TargetLiberty.org) – On December 30, 2021, police made a tragic discovery at a home in Whitehaven, Cumbria. Several inquiries concerning the well-being of a young mother, 27-year-old Natalie Kane, and her 1-year-old baby Harry, prompted authorities to check on the pair. Sadly, they found her and the infant dead inside the residence. Family and friends were devastated by the news, and authorities quickly launched an investigation into their deaths.
Officials discovered Kane died from an overdose of butane either on Christmas eve or Christmas day. Harry hung on a bit longer than that. Authorities concluded the baby fought to stay alive for two or three more days before passing away from the effects of dehydration.

Kane’s family wasn’t immediately concerned about the mom and her baby when they didn’t hear from them for a few days, as the behavior was not out of character. Five or six days after her estimated death, when she didn’t pick up a prescription, people noticed something was wrong.
The mom reportedly struggled with drug addiction and depression but was taking methadone to control her habit. According to her loved ones, she was a dedicated mother, and no one is sure why she decided to use a dangerous substance just before the holiday with Harry in her care.
