(TargetLiberty.org) – Dozens of Republican lawmakers in Congress have now said they plan to challenge the Electoral College vote on January 6. There was some chatter that Vice President Mike Pence might not support the movement. However, someone in his inner circle is setting the record straight.
On January 2, the vice president’s Chief of Staff, Marc Short, told The Hill that Pence “welcomes the efforts” of Republicans who are using their authority to “bring forward evidence” and challenge the Electoral College vote.
From his spokesperson, Vice President Mike Pence 'welcomes lawmakers' efforts to 'raise objections' to Electoral College results.https://t.co/GmUiYXkdby

The vice president will preside over a joint session of Congress this week to count the Electoral College votes. Republicans have the opportunity to ‘stop the steal’ by issuing challenges and getting fraudulent votes thrown out. The Liberal media has been trying to cause a rift between the president and vice president, but Short’s statement proves they have failed again. Pence is clearly standing by President Trump.
