(TargetLiberty.org) – The Hill’s Joe Concha has called out the mainstream media (MSM) for hypocrisy over its approach to public gatherings that could undermine social distancing. Concha made his comments in response to the way the media’s response to a gathering is blatantly determined by whether it’s right or left-wing.
For the last two weeks, the media has been covering Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests, which often involve dense masses of several thousand people. A Brooklyn rally Sunday had a crowd of 15,000 packed tightly together. Concha pointed out that social distancing was totally impossible, but the media didn’t criticize the event at all.

However, now that President Trump has announced the resumption of his popular campaign rallies, the media are suddenly protesting about the risk of COVID infections. Concha noted that a rally in an indoor stadium may look worse than an open-air protest, but pointed out the media were also strongly critical of people visiting beaches.
