(TargetLiberty.org) – Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was one of the Left’s top targets in the elections. Democrat challenger Jaime Harrison ran the most expensive Senate race in history in his bid to topple the hard-hitting Judiciary Committee chairman – and failed hard, with Graham actually increasing his vote over the 2014 election. Now the Dems, realizing that democracy has let them down again, are calling on Graham to resign instead. They probably shouldn’t hold their breath.
The resignation demands are coming from the far left of the Democratic Party, and the excuse they’re using is that Graham tried to interfere in the Georgia vote. What Graham really did was push to exclude ballots with signatures that didn’t match the ones on the voter rolls – in other words, fraudulent votes.

It’s no surprise that in an election where the Democrats used every dirty trick in the book, they’re outraged someone would try to exclude ballots just because they were illegal, but Graham is pushing back against their demands. On Wednesday, he tweeted that the criticism, led by the notorious “Squad” of extreme leftists, showed he must be doing something right, and added that he won’t hesitate to “vigorously oppose” the Squad and other critics.
