Iran Denies Violence Towards Protesters

( – Iranian citizens have continued protesting after their government admitted to shooting down a Ukrainian flight that killed 176 people, the majority of whom were from Iran. Videos released from the protests show live ammunition being used against the demonstrators. Yet, the Iranian government has denied these allegations.

These videos, which have been verified by the Associated Press, show bloody protestors being carried away. In one scene a person can be heard yelling “oh my god, she’s bleeding nonstop!”

President Trump warned Iranian leaders over the weekend via Twitter, reminding the country that it’s under close watch by America.

Tehran Police Chief Hossein Rahimi issued a statement saying that the police have been treating the protestors with “patience and tolerance.”
