(TargetLiberty.org) – On Tuesday, Michael Hayden, the Former CIA and NSA Director General, took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to support his previous comments about Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala. In his previous remarks, he had stated that Tuberville should not be considered a member of the human race.
In the post on Tuesday Hayden argued that he completely stood by his previous remarks but that he had now found out that there were certain “MAGAnuts” who had completely lost their minds over the suggestion. He added that he completely supported that opinion and that he wished everyone including Tuberville a nice day.
The latest tweets were a direct response to the comments he had made on the previous evening where one follower had questioned if Tuberville needed to be removed from his committee.
Hayden had responded to that question with his own rhetorical question asking whether the man should be removed from the human race. This statement was made in response to Tuberville’s choice to block all military nominations in connection to the Pentagon abortion policy which provides funds for the procedure to military members.
The policy covers the personnel’s out-of-state travel for the procedure. However, Tuberville who serves in The Senate Armed Services Committee has continued to try to block members from approving any of the nominations that go through.
Tuberville’s spokesperson told NBC News that the Senator did not attempt to stop with his plan despite the terrorist attacks by Hamas against Israel on Saturday.
