(TargetLiberty.org) – A GOP senator called out one of his Democrat colleagues on Wednesday, knocking down her claims that President Trump had tried to incite violence. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) made the claims November 17, at a Senate hearing that had been called by the Senate Judiciary Committee to investigate censorship by tech companies including Twitter and Facebook. It looks like she was arguing for more censorship of Conservative views – but it also looks like she hasn’t been paying attention to the real world.
Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) was also at the hearing and immediately pointed out to Feinstein that all the violence seen after the election came from opponents of President Trump, including assaults on pro-Trump marchers in Washington, DC, last Saturday. Attendees at the Million MAGA March were pelted with eggs by Antifa, while several had hats and flags stolen and burned.

Lee went on to appear on Fox and Friends the next day, where he called Feinstein’s comments “inappropriate” and called on her to apologize.
