Democrats Hatch INSANE New Plot That Could Push Migrant Crisis Over The Edge

(TargetLiberty.org) – The US is in the midst of an immigration crisis, with thousands of people trying to cross into the country every day without documentation. The problem only seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Democrats are now calling for action — and it’s not likely to pass.

On Wednesday, July 20, several Democrats announced their intention to introduce legislation granting amnesty to more than 11 million undocumented immigrants. The group wants to change the Immigration and Nationality Act’s registry date to 2015. They would change it on a rolling basis so migrants who have lived in America for seven years can receive permanent residency (green cards).

Rep. Lou Correa (D-CA) said the legislation would “establish a permanent rolling registry that would be renewed daily” and encouraged the House to pass it.

Even if the House of Representatives were to pass the rolling amnesty bill, it’s highly improbable the Senate would pass it. Democrats do not have the 60 votes necessary to get such a massive immigration reform through the chamber. It’s not even clear whether all of their own senators would pass it.

The last amnesty bill was signed into law by Republican President Ronald Reagan, but since then, the GOP has argued against it. Instead, Conservatives have stressed the importance of legal immigration and taking care of Americans first.

What do you think about the possibility of an amnesty law?
