(TargetLiberty.org) – Former President Donald Trump has been accused of ignoring a judge’s request to not incite violence after Trump called out both the judge and his family only hours after his historic arrest in New York.

On Tuesday, Trump appeared in a courtroom where he pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. The charges against him were in connection to the hush money payments that he arranged to be made to adult film star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal in exchange for their silence over their alleged affairs prior to the 2016 presidential election.

During the arraignment in Manhattan, Acting New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan had warned Trump against making any comments that could potentially “incite violence, create civil unrest, or jeopardize the safety or well-being of any individuals.”

Following his indictment, Trump has repeatedly blasted Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg claiming that the probe is completely politically motivated. He also warned in March that if he was indicted in this case and then charged there would be the possibility of “death and destruction.”

Trump also went ahead and removed a post on Truth Social that featured a photo of him and Bragg.

Only hours after his arraignment in New York, Trump made a speech at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida in which he criticized both Judge Merchan and his daughter who works for the Biden-Harris campaign. As he said, “I have a Trump-hating judge with a Trump-hating wife and family whose daughter worked for Kamala Harris and now receives money from the Biden-Harris campaign.”
