(TargetLiberty.org) – President Trump has warned the American public several times about the fraud risks of mail-in voting, but the Democrats – who are pushing hard for postal ballots to be extended – have been loudly denying any risk exists. Election officials in Florida might have their own opinions about that after they caught a man trying to vote for his deceased wife.
Sarasota, FL, resident Larry Wiggins (62) – a registered Democrat – requested a mail-in ballot for his wife last week. However, when Manatee County officials checked the voter roll, they discovered his wife had died in 2018 and the signature on the application didn’t match the one they had on file. Wiggins was arrested on Thursday and charged with requesting a mail-in ballot for another elector, a crime that could put him in jail for up to five years.
“I said well, let me just send it in and see what’s going to happen to see if they’re actually going to send a ballot for her to vote,” said Wiggins.https://t.co/uWH2N2B3BU

After being released on $1,500 bail, Wiggins insisted he never intended to vote twice. He claimed he just wanted to test the system. County election supervisor Mike Bennet said, “He did test the system and guess what? It worked.”
