(TargetLiberty.org) – This past weekend Hunter Biden and his family were spotted in a Los Angeles neighborhood while there is an ongoing federal investigation looking into whether Biden had violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
Fox News Digital acquired photos from Saturday which show Hunter Biden and his wife Melissa Cohen outside Matsuhisa, a sushi restaurant. The two had spent the last week on vacation with their extended family, including President Biden in Nevada.
In one of the photos, Hunter Biden is pictured adjusting his belt while surrounded by what appears to be a group of friends.
Previously Hunter Biden had faced misdemeanor tax charges in Delaware however, following the falling through of a plea deal, the case was dismissed by a Delaware judge this month. However, while the tax charges were dismissed, the gun charge against him is still before the court.
Following the falling apart of the plea deal, Hunter Biden had pleaded “not guilty” while federal prosecutors confirmed that he was still facing a federal investigation for possible violations of FARA connected to his business activities overseas.
Hunter Biden’s case is now being overseen by recently appointed special counsel David Weiss.
Apart from the federal investigation, Hunter Biden is also being investigated by the House Oversight, Judiciary and Ways and Means committees all of whom are looking into Hunter Biden’s business activities to determine if the U.S.’s national security had been compromised during Joe Biden’s time as vice President during the Obama administration.
