(TargetLiberty.org) – According to a confidential human source, there are allegations that President Biden received $5 million from an executive at Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas firm. Hunter Biden, the president’s son, served as a board member for Burisma Holdings.

The source, who is knowledgeable about the case, disclosed to Fox News that the confidential human source initially approached the FBI in June 2020 with this information. They claimed that an FBI-generated FD-1023 form pertains to a potential criminal bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign individual who provided them with influence over policy decisions.

The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, includes details from the FBI’s interview with the confidential source. It describes the meetings the source had with a high-ranking Burisma executive over several years, beginning in 2015. Although the form has not been released publicly, its contents have been discussed by numerous sources.

An FD-1023 form is a means for FBI agents to report information obtained from confidential human sources. The information contained in these forms is not evaluated or compared with other information available to the FBI.

As per sources familiar with the document, the Burisma executive sought guidance from the confidential source, a business professional, regarding obtaining U.S. oil rights and engaging with an American oil company. In 2015 and 2016, the Burisma executive sought advice on the best course of action.

Furthermore, the form outlines information provided by the source about Hunter Biden’s role on the board. The source expressed uncertainty about their own presence in the meetings, considering that Hunter Biden could potentially discuss acquiring access to U.S. oil with them.
