Baby Abandoned Under BIZARRE Circumstances
(TargetLiberty.org) – When a baby girl showed up at Minnesota’s Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, authorities began a search for her mother. According to CBS, the child, around ten months old, arrived with a woman “in crisis” who wasn’t a parent or guardian. The state’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) kicked into high gear.
On August 24, the unidentified woman came to the airport by light rail at about 9 PM. No reports indicate how the woman’s interaction with authorities began or why she had the baby. First responders sent her and the infant to separate facilities for medical attention as investigators took on the baffling case.

The little girl wasn’t on any missing persons or kidnapped children’s list and appeared to be in good health, despite the unstable condition of her presumed caretaker. Hennepin County Child Protective Service took the little one into custody, presumably after she visited with doctors.
On August 24, the BCA announced it had located the child’s mother and reunited the pair. There’s no word on how or why they became separated. An MSP official told CBS that the media’s intervention made a huge difference in the case. A tip that led authorities to a relative ultimately solved the mystery.
