NY Post writer Michael Goodwin has warned about the possibility of VP Kamala Harris becoming President, arguing that her presidency is a ‘Biden fall away.’

Many critics have pointed out that the possibility of a Harris presidency is worrisome both because of her frequent word salads and her low approval ratings. A Monmouth poll in mid-May specifically placed her approval rating at 37 percent, while a Fox News Poll from April showed that only 43 percent of voters approved of her job performance.

Fox News’ Tom Shillue also argued on “The Big Weekend Show” that Democrats are essentially “stuck” with the vice president and that Harris had never had a lot of support. He proceeded to say that we were aware that Harris had been disliked by voters and that she had also attacked Biden a few times during the previous Democratic primary race, and yet he selected her to be his vice president. As he argued many people thought that this would be an opportunity for her to grow but instead “she has gotten worse.”

Co-host Anita Vogel however pointed out that Harris has certain accomplishments including a law degree from UC Hastings, and having served as district attorney in Alameda, California, and being elected as district attorney in San Francisco. She was also elected to be in the Senate and she is “seemingly” a smart and accomplished woman but every time she appears in front of the camera or public “I don’t know what happens.”
